Shipping & Delivery
We understand that shipping is one of the most important factors and therefore we at The Jodhpore have tied up with the best shipping and logistics companies in India and worldwide to give you a seamless experience.
Shipping with India
For within India we use services of Blue Dart who are the leading logistics and shipping brand in India. At certain non serviceable locations we use the best logistics provider for that area.
Dispatch
Most of our products are handmade by local skilled artisans and hence the dispatch times vary due to numerous factors. Please see product wise information for dispatch times for each product.
Delivery
We provide door to door deliveries at most locations within India. Once dispatched the delivery takes 10-15 business days for most locations.
If your area is not serviceable by our shipping providers you will be notified by our team 2-3 business days post order and will be refunded. Do note that shipping times may vary due to certain external factors not in our control.

Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later delivery attempt.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, we shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.
Charges
We provide free delivery within India for all orders above Rs.1500. For all deliveries below that amount we charge a fixed rate of Rs.100.

We will email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
For International shipping we use services of DHL or Fedex who are the leading logistics and shipping suppliers worldwide.
Dispatch

We provide door to door deliveries worldwide for areas serviceable by DHL or Fedex. Once dispatched the delivery takes 15-20 business days for most locations subject to custom clearances. Do note that shipping times may vary due to certain external factors not in our control.

Charges
Please contact us at care@thejodhpore.com for specific shipping charges for your address. Please write your complete shipping address for us to get back to you with appropriate charges. We also provide approximate shipping charges in the product details for your convenience. However the actual shipping charges may vary subject to the logistics companies. Our team gets in touch with you for the shipping charges within 3-4 business days post the order. Once you pay for the shipping charges we dispatch the product within the specified timeline.
Tracking & Customs
We will email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships. The custom charges in India are included in the cost of the product. The custom charges if any at the delivery destination is to be paid by you. Incase you do not pay those charges the shipment is bound to be destroyed or returned to origin and no refund will be applicable.
