The individual return policies are mentioned against each product. Do carefully go through the specific product policy for returns. Barring the individual product return policy below mentioned are some of our site wide return policies.
Damage Item
In case you receive a damaged in transit item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Click pics and video of the damaged part and keep the item with original packaging for us to verify. Our team will arrange a return pick up and inspect the item once received post which we will follow our refund policies.
General Returns
We put our heart and soul in manufacturing which guarantees quality. Hence we do not accept returns in situations such as change of mind, disliked the product post receiving, exchange, refusal to accept the product, refusal to pay COD if available, interior fit issues, items on sale.
Cancellations
Most of our products are handmade on order and therefore can only strictly be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering since the production begins immediately upon ordering. Any cancellations, changes, returns post that will not be valid. Items on sale cannot be cancelled once order is placed. In case you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, the refund will be processed after deducting a 6% (six percent) payment gateway and administration charges.
Refunds
In case the item you purchased is eligible for a refund, it will take 15-20 business days to process the refund post the receipt of the item by us and a general quality check.
